An important part of this is to not be scared to talk to new people, and if you are shy or find this difficult, always think of a reason to approach someone, whether it is to correct form, offer an alternative or just ask them about their training. Whatever you do, don't just sit in the staff room when you are in the gym in-between clients.

4. Train in your own gym:

You should also have specific themes for each day, for example "Technique Tuesday" and "Client Success Friday", and on a month to month basis looking at your analytics to see which of your posts get the most engagement. By doing this, you can tailor your social media posts based on popularity and will be able to grow your accounts more organically. Also remember, people buy from people, your posts should show your personality.
