Training Agreement Contract

1. Purpose of Agreement This contract outlines the terms and conditions for payment and participation in the training courses provided by TherapyFit Academy ("the Provider"). By enrolling in this program, the Learner agrees to the payment terms stipulated below.

2. Payment Terms

  • The Learner agrees to pay for the training program via a monthly direct debit.

  • The direct debit will be deducted on a set date each month as agreed upon enrollment.

  • Failure to ensure sufficient funds are available may result in additional fees or penalties.

3. Opt-In Confirmation By purchasing a qualification, the Learner confirms that they have voluntarily opted in to the monthly direct debit payment plan.

4. Consequences of Cancellation

  • TherapyFit has the right to terminate the learners access to the course, it's materials and their own personal tutor.

  • If the Learner cancels their direct debit payments without prior approval from TherapyFit Academy, the cancellation may have a negative impact on their credit score.

  • Therapy Fit Academy reserves the right to engage collection agencies or take necessary action to recover outstanding payments.

5. 30-Day Grace Period The Learner is entitled to a 30-day grace period from the initial payment to cancel their course. After this date, cancellation is not possible and the above terms will come into place.

6. Learner Responsibilities The Learner agrees to:

  • Ensure that all payment details provided are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Notify TherapyFit Academy promptly of any changes to their banking or financial situation that may affect payments.

  • Communicate with TherapyFit Academy if they are unable to meet payment obligations.

7. Acknowledgment By purchasing a qualification, the Learner acknowledges that they:

  • Understand and accept the payment terms outlined in this agreement.

  • Are aware of the potential consequences of cancelling their direct debit, including its effect on their credit score.

  • Understand the 30-day grace period policy.
