The purpose of the Level 3 Diploma in Exercise Referral is to provide the leaner with the knowledge and understanding of applying the principles of anatomy and physiology, medical conditions, professional practice and nutrition. Learners will develop the skills and knowledge needed to plan and instruct suitable programmes’ for exercise referral patients.
In order to complete the Level 3 Diploma in Exercise Referral learners must achieve 38 credits from 6 mandatory units.
Learners must have achieved a pre-requisite qualification either in Fitness Instructing (gym based, exercise to music or aqua) at Level 2 that gives entry to REPs or Personal Training at Level 3

Level 4 Certificate In Physical Activity and Weight Management for Obese and Diabetic Clients.
